By far the most common problem is that prospective KINc members don't receive the validation e-mail. This is almost invariably because either your SPAM filter or your e-mail provider are blocking our e-mails. As a consequence of this we CANNOT reply to your e-mails to offer help.

Check that your e-mail software is set to receive our e-mails (look in your spam folder to see if our validation e-mail is there).

If you have no luck with that, contact the company which provides your e-mail service to ensure that they are not blocking e-mails from the KeepItNice.com domain name. AOL are one of the biggest offenders with this issue, but they are far from alone.

Unfortunately until you are able to receive e-mails from us we will be unable to offer any technical support at all.
