Please do not upload content which you do not own or have permission to publish. If we are informed of any copyright infringement by any rights holder then the infringing content will be removed immediately and member who uploaded the infringing content may be at risk of further action.

Member Conduct
KeepItNice expects all members to treat other members of the KINc Community fairly and politely. We do not tolerate abuse, attempts to cause hate or threats made to other members. If you have issues with the behaviour of other members please use the "Report this" button or e-mail us.
Members abusing the rules and terms of this website will be suspended, possibly leading to a ban if the matter cannot be resolved to our satisfaction.

Appropriate Content
KINc is an adult community for discussing adult sites and issues. As such we allow adult videos, images, topics and discussions. However we DO NOT allow photos, videos, drawings or any other depictions of:
- Anything deemed illegal under UK law (this is mostly the same as US law).
- Hardcore or explicit porn.
- Actual sex (ie. penetration) or male arousal (erections).
- Mid to extreme bondage or acts involving piercing, pain, injury or death.
- Obscene or profane language
- Gynaecological (spread) shots in videos or photos.
- The use of penetrative sex toys.
- Overt violence or aggression.

Each case will be judged on its individual merits, but in all cases moderator decisions are final. Remember, if it is not nice, we do not want it.

Any persons posting images or videos of underage people or people presented to appear underaged will be reported to the authorities and immediately banned from KINc.

BLOG POSTS
Sadly the blog system had to be disabled due to repeated abuse of it by a minority of members.

SPAM
KINc is a lightly moderated community and we would like to keep it that way. It largely relies on members reporting or removing inappropriate content and spam advertising. Spammers will find that their spam is quickly removed and they are banned.

Technical Problems
KeepItNice attempts to maintain the functionality of this community site on a 24/7 basis but this is not always possible. Consequently we offer no guarantees whatsoever that the site will be available at all times, or that content uploaded to the site will be safe from deletion or corrupt due to faults or technical problems.

Links and Third Party Sites
KINc will have links to third party sites and advertising which links to third party sites. We cannot control the content of those sites and therefore offer no guarantees that those sites will be have expected or suitable content, nor be free of malicious code or illegal content. We do our best to check links and remove any inappropriate links but there is no way to exercise complete control over links to external websites.

Members of KINc can add their own links, but must not add links to hardcore sites, illegal sites or for the purposes of advertising or promotion. Please keep any links you post relevant, sensible and appropriate. Members posting innappropriate links may be restricted or banned. KINc reserves the right to modify, correct or delete any links posted by users.

Legal

Ensure you have permission to post any material BEFORE posting it on KINc. Any material posted on KINc is the responsibility of the poster. We endeavour to remove any material which is posted without permission, but obviously it is not feasible for us to manually check all user posts.

KINc is owned and run in the United Kingdom and as such must comply with UK and European laws. By entering KINc you agree to abide by those laws and will not assume that foreign laws (eg Australian, US, Canadian etc.) apply on this website.
