We have tried keep the rules of the exchange simple and sensible. Occasionally we may add to the rules as and when new problems occur. These additions will not usually change the intent of the rules and providing your website is tasteful and does not try to cheat the system then you should not have any problems.
 
Rules of the Exchanges:
Sites within the exchange are NOT permitted to contain any of the following:

  • Anything deemed illegal by UK Law (this is mostly the same as US law).
  • Obscene or profane language.
  • Photos or videos of actual sex, i.e. penetration.
  • The now almost obligatory closeup "spread" shots. If I wanted to see that I'd have trained as a gynaecologist.
  • Any sexual acts involving animals.
  • Extreme bondage or acts which involve pain.


    • Acceptance of websites into the exchange(s) is entirely at our discretion. If we deem a site to be not in keeping with the rules, style or character of the exchange then we reserve the right to remove that site at any time.

    Sites must maintain a banner/button of the appropriate size:
     For banners that is a width of 468 pixels and a depth of 60 pixels. For buttons that is a width of 120 pixels and a depth of 60 pixels. Banners/buttons are served from your webspace.

    Position(s) of banner/button code must be suitable:
    Banners/buttons should be placed in an area of a main page of the site where they will be seen by visitors. They should not be shown in a list of other banners/buttons although sharing an area with 2 or 3 others is permitted. Although we do perform frequent random checks of banner/button positioning we also measure your site's overall performance by comparing impressions to clicks. If a site's click rate falls below 0.5% (ie 5 clicks for every 1000 impressions) then your account may be suspended. We normally contact the webmaster prior to this happening.

    Artificially inflating impression counts of our banners on your website is NOT permitted:
    This includes auto-updating pages and spawning sub-pages (popups/popunders etc) containing our banner code. Infringing this rule will lead to an immediate suspension of your account.

    Only Adult-oriented websites allowed on the exchange:
    If your website is NOT an adult website or you display our banners on a non-adult website then your account will be immediately suspended.
    Terms:
    Your duties as a member of the exchange(s):
    By joining either of our exchanges you agree to abide by the above rules and not to attempt to cheat the system. Cheaters and abusers will be suspended or have their accounts terminated (forfeiting any accrued/purchased credits).

    Acceptance into the exchange(s):
    Acceptance of websites into the exchange(s) is entirely at our discretion. If your website complies with the above rules then the chances are that it will be accepted without hesitation. If there are any discrepencies then we may contact you for further clarification prior to making any decision.

    Banner/button credits accrued prior to acceptance will not convert to impressions until your website and banner(s)/button(s) are accepted.

    After acceptance we reserve the right to remove your website from the exchange at any time if the content/presentation/ name of your website change as to in anyway infringe the rules of the exchange.

    Leaving the exchange(s):
    You may at any time leave the exchange(s). Simply remove our banner/button code from your website(s) and send us an e-mail and we will delete you account. You are not obligated to remain a member under any circumstances.

    Rule infringements by other members:
    If at any time you feel that one of the other members of the exchange(s) is infringing the rules of the exchange then please let us know immediately.     Although their infringement will be discovered by our checks it may be hours/days before this happens.
